The contact form on the current website prepares a draft in your email application; it does not itself send form contents to a Monarch Codex server. If you follow an external link, that service may collect information under its own privacy policy.

How we use enquiries

We use information you voluntarily send to respond to your question, provide requested support and communicate about the matter you contacted us about. We do not ask you to send passwords, one-time login codes, wallet seed phrases or payment credentials by email or through a public form.

External websites and partners

Links to The Online Cooperative, social platforms and other external services lead to websites operated by others. Their data practices are governed by their own policies and terms. Review those policies before submitting information or registering with an external service.

Retention and security

Keep the information you send to us limited to what is needed for your enquiry. Email and online services have their own security and retention practices. Contact us if you have a question about information you have shared with the team.
